WEEK ZERO: MINGLE (43 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. Speaking of new, if participants turn on their PHS, they'll notice another section available. There's also an alert for a new message, titled TEAM ASSIGNMENT. Opening it will reveal which Leader they have been assigned to. Furthermore, at the corner of the PHS screen is an icon of an animal, depending on who their Leader is. It is visible only to them and no one else. That's not the only change, though. Participants may not notice at first—or perhaps they will?—but sooner or later, they may realize that they're... missing something? Strange. Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel. Which is to say, the Planetarium is now open! Finally, for the rest of the week, the participants will inexplicably have the urge to be physically affectionate. That person you just met days ago? Time to cuddle! This complete stranger you ran into? It sure is tempting to hold their hand. This urge can range anywhere from minor to impossible to ignore, depending on the situation. Enjoy your bonding!

Yeah. Sharon's food is really good, and Ange helped me with dessert a few days ago! And with everybody being from different worlds we'll have all kinds of stuff to try. Do you think they'll say yes, too?

A culture exchange, huh?

I like it. It could be a real conversation starter. Though, it might be difficult to get the exact ingredients we need... we'll have to get creative.

[reconnective]

[thanks for the validation, claude. sora likes the idea of making friends and learning about people so this suits him just fine.]

The kitchen has a ton of stuff, but maybe we can ask Fox, Wolf and Rabbit for anything we're missing? They can pull stuff out of their cloaks whenever they want! [that's the impression he got anyway, so surely they would help.]

One step ahead of you. Once I spread the word here, the next step is tracking down our furry new friends of the forest.

Nice! [very impressive claude, he is so glad someone's on top of things around here.] When I saw Rabbit earlier, they were able to pull some seeds out of their cloak so we could feed a squirrel in the forest. And Wolf gave me a juice box.

Those are pretty small things. Are you sure they didnt just have it on them to begin with?

[claude being incredulous about a juice box means sora's holding up his hands to make a tiny box shape. juice box. also eski i messed up my timelines my b but it's fine we're going to just pretend time isn't real.]

I'm sure. Rabbit didn't even know what a squirrel would like to eat, so it would be really surprising if they were just carrying seeds around. And Wolf doesn't look like the kind of person to appreciate juice boxes.

(That box is so small? Why, it's only good for one person! Convenient, maybe, but what if you want more?)

Hmmm... point taken. I wonder if there's a limit to what they can produce then.

[reconnective]

I'm not sure. Rabbit said they can do a lot as long as it's reasonable though. Whatever that means.

[riegan]

I'm under the impression logic can be illogical in this world. Or at least, it follows a different set of rules from any I'm familiar with.

[reconnective]

Same here. So the worst we can do is ask and have to settle for something else. [that shouldn't be the takeaway here but it is now.] And maybe it depends on which one you ask.

[riegan]

It always depends on who you ask.

But even more than that, it depends on how you ask. My suggestion? Establish a deep and lasting friendship before asking for favors. A little tact goes a long way!

I do want to get to know them better. They all seem like they could use all the friends they can get in this place. [you know. as they are also stuck here with them.] But it'd be nice if other people felt the same way.
