WEEK ZERO: MINGLE (43 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. Speaking of new, if participants turn on their PHS, they'll notice another section available. There's also an alert for a new message, titled TEAM ASSIGNMENT. Opening it will reveal which Leader they have been assigned to. Furthermore, at the corner of the PHS screen is an icon of an animal, depending on who their Leader is. It is visible only to them and no one else. That's not the only change, though. Participants may not notice at first—or perhaps they will?—but sooner or later, they may realize that they're... missing something? Strange. Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel. Which is to say, the Planetarium is now open! Finally, for the rest of the week, the participants will inexplicably have the urge to be physically affectionate. That person you just met days ago? Time to cuddle! This complete stranger you ran into? It sure is tempting to hold their hand. This urge can range anywhere from minor to impossible to ignore, depending on the situation. Enjoy your bonding!

Of course I will. Let's see...[digging, digging...and he pulls out a box of lemon cookies from the cupboard.] Do you like lemons? They're sort of plant-ish.

[retellers]

Lemon sounds fine to me!

[reconnective]

Great! [lemon cookies go on a plate and he holds onto it, waiting for the tea.] Are you guys staying in the town all week? Or do you go back to the castle every night?

[retellers]

[ they nod. ]

We go back to the castle to sleep. It would get rather crowded if we stayed here as well, wouldn't it?

[reconnective]

You guys must travel fast. [but he shrugs.] You did put three people to some of the rooms, so maybe. But I bet the couches in the lobby are comfy. [no.]

[retellers]

My, are you suggesting I settle for a couch? I didn't know I'd done something to offend you.

[ their tone is teasing, though. ]

[reconnective]

If you wanted my bed I could ask Izumo, but I don't think she'd really be happy with that either. [fox is teasing and yet that's his answer.] But it must be a lot to go between both places every day.

[retellers]

Please don't offer your bed to a stranger so quickly.

[ anyway. ]

It's not the worst work commute in the world, at least.

[reconnective]

If you say so. [he can't judge, he usually walks everywhere he can.] Are we really still strangers?

[retellers]

Oh? [ with a smile, ] Are we friends now?

[reconnective]

Yeah. [whether fox wants to or not.] You're here to help us and we're helping you, right? That makes us friends.

[retellers]

Well, I guess I can't say no to that.

[reconnective]

Good. [yaaay. he'll wait for them to finish the tea now that his plate of cookies is arranged in case they want to go somewhere besides the kitchen.] It'd be nice to get to know each other a little better than right? Even without your memories, I want to know more about you.

[retellers]

[ it doesn't take much longer to finish brewing! ]

Haha... I'm not sure how much there is to know about me, at this point!

[reconnective]

Well...even if you don't remember much about who you used to be, there has to be something. You like tea, don't you? What other kinds of things do you like?

[he will help and see if there are cups set out. if not he'll grab those, too.]

[retellers]

Food and drink-wise, or...?

[reconnective]

We can talk about that if you want, sure. But I was thinking like...Rabbit seems to like animals. Do you have stuff like that that you like?

[retellers]

Hm... it's hard to say, since there isn't much around here to begin with. I like listening to music, I suppose... although there might not be many people who'd say otherwise about themselves.

[reconnective]

Maybe if we ask the Realm it'll be nice and give us some new stuff. [that's probably not how it works but it's worth a shot.] Even if that's someone everybody likes, there's a lot out there. What's your favorite kind of music?

[retellers]

Call me old-fashioned, but I like music from the 80s and 90s. Well, if that means anything to you.

[reconnective]

Not really. [when is kh set, we don't know.] But maybe the Realm can give us a radio or something and you can show me sometime.

[retellers]

We'll see! Keep an eye out for any MiniDiscs, then.

[reconnective]

You got it! [...] Um...what's a MiniDisc though?

[retellers]

[ they pause, before laughing sheepishly. ]

This may be difficult to describe. Do you know what discs are, in general?
