WEEK ZERO: MINGLE (43 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. Speaking of new, if participants turn on their PHS, they'll notice another section available. There's also an alert for a new message, titled TEAM ASSIGNMENT. Opening it will reveal which Leader they have been assigned to. Furthermore, at the corner of the PHS screen is an icon of an animal, depending on who their Leader is. It is visible only to them and no one else. That's not the only change, though. Participants may not notice at first—or perhaps they will?—but sooner or later, they may realize that they're... missing something? Strange. Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel. Which is to say, the Planetarium is now open! Finally, for the rest of the week, the participants will inexplicably have the urge to be physically affectionate. That person you just met days ago? Time to cuddle! This complete stranger you ran into? It sure is tempting to hold their hand. This urge can range anywhere from minor to impossible to ignore, depending on the situation. Enjoy your bonding!

[ It's plastic, but it's still wet plastic and Fiona spit and it hits Kano squarely on the forehead, at which he yelps and both simultaneously jumps back and tries to catch the cup before it hits the ground and the end result is the cup falls on the ground and rolls at his feet.

[ she is soggy, but she's also mostly made of steel, so the majority of the water is just running off of her. only her face is damp, and she glares at him wetly. ]

I think you owe me an apology.

[ She is made of WHAT this is terrible, all the girls Kano bullies can beat him up. ]

[ Oh god it's Hikaru all over again and all this being yelled at leaves Kano very ??? trying to figure out what very specific lies he said out of basically everything he's ever said. ]

[ That is the easiest thing to respond to, so he gets that out first. ]

[ slowly picking herself up off the ground with a sour expression. ]

[ Chances are rare, better not waste them. ]

Um, hmm. Being able to make people laugh is a real talent, you know? Or something like that. What lie are you most mad at me about? There's so many!

[ and that is all she says in response... she shakes her hair out slightly to try and dry it off, then turns away from him and starts heading into the kitchen to get a towel. Cold shoulder time. ]

[ Why walk into the kitchen where there's nowhere to run, rather than upstairs to her room where she can shut Kano out...

He trots after her into the kitchen, fills the cup halfway with water, and holds it out to her. ]

[ because she's WET and needs IMMEDIATE RELIEF from WETNESS!! Also, she really didn't think Kano was going to follow her. When she pulls her face out of the towel she's borrowed and sees him standing there, she makes a face, then turns up her nose, walking past him and his peace offering. ]

[ Kano tosses the half cup of water at the back of her head and FLEES.


There is nowhere to hide in the kitchen so he ducks into the freezer. She can't come in here so he's safe. ]

the good news is that she has that visor built into her head, which keeps it from actually hitting her. The bad news is that this does nothing to prevent her from getting totally doused. She jumps into the air with an alarmed squeak - then jumps into a rage as she realizes what just happened. ]

Why, you little--!! Get back here!!

[ BANGING ON THE FREEZER DOOR ]

No!

[ He would sit in front of the freezer door but he's pretty sure his bulk isn't enough to keep Fiora out, so he'll just... start relocating all the frozen food in front of the door to construct himself a barricade. ]

Stop being a baby and get out here! You can't stay in there forever.

[ he'll become a kano popsicle. ]
