WEEK ZERO: MINGLE (43 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. Speaking of new, if participants turn on their PHS, they'll notice another section available. There's also an alert for a new message, titled TEAM ASSIGNMENT. Opening it will reveal which Leader they have been assigned to. Furthermore, at the corner of the PHS screen is an icon of an animal, depending on who their Leader is. It is visible only to them and no one else. That's not the only change, though. Participants may not notice at first—or perhaps they will?—but sooner or later, they may realize that they're... missing something? Strange. Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel. Which is to say, the Planetarium is now open! Finally, for the rest of the week, the participants will inexplicably have the urge to be physically affectionate. That person you just met days ago? Time to cuddle! This complete stranger you ran into? It sure is tempting to hold their hand. This urge can range anywhere from minor to impossible to ignore, depending on the situation. Enjoy your bonding!

[ she has none problem with him taking the lead! she's not exactly well established in ballroom dancing or anything but she's a quick learner and she can follow steps very easily. even when she's had a drink or two. ]

Placing a hand on her back and moving her hand to her shoulder-- it's a waltz. Except after the initial 1, 2, 3 he just wants to give Lup a twirl. He just wants to do the fun parts!!!)

[ oh, a waltz, she knows that one. she grins when he makes the motion to twirl, and is quick to make sure her robes appropriately flare out dramatically as she follows through. when she's back facing him, she's laughing!

that drink or two makes it much easier to get her giggling. and claude's leading, sure, but what if she wants to twirl him, too, because she does. ]

(Flashy! He likes a little fun and flare.

Given his status, he really isn't used to people dictating his next move in situations like this. It's not that it doesn't happen at all... it just doesn't happen too often.

So yes, he'll let her give him a spin (he really doesn't get to that enough) and he laughs. Man this weekly effect is really getting to him huh)

You're not so bad yourself, my guy. [ she hums, grooving in place. she's not very good at sitting still. ] Spoilers - I've only ever waltzed twice and it was with stuffy old men, so you're already doing miles better.

Sounds about right. If they aren't old, they're just stuffy.

(Holding his chin up high and speaks in a high voice,)

"My, the night is exquisite. Let me remind you of my name for the fifth time tonight. Now, don't get too close don't even think about getting friendly. We can't allow any fun!"

(And then he laughs, )

That was - spot on. Never met an old dude who wasn't prepared to namedrop me at a moment's notice.

[ she scoots close again, taking claude's hands and just - let's swing dance? why not. ]
