WEEK ONE: TRIAL (38 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. Hopefully you found it in you to make and eat breakfast, despite yesterday's news. At 11am, everyone will receive a message on their PHS, simply stating: empoti enp emporium. by the strike of twelve. Shortly before 12pm, every participant will feel compelled to move towards the Emporium, if they aren't already there. No exceptions! Though they will have to navigate around shelves and merchandise and the like, everyone will fit neatly inside the room. Once all the participants are present and the clock strikes twelve, the doors lock behind them. Three of the Leaders are there with them: Swan, Tiger, and Goat. Tiger speaks. "You have nine hours. Try not to stab each other during them." ༶•┈┈⛧┈｡o°✥✣ 　　 ✣✥°o｡┈⛧┈┈•༶ Hello, everyone, and welcome to the second trial! For the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6pm EST, where no mod tags will occur. Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9pm EST/6pm PST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously. Anyway Chiron will be looking at Cater's body (AFTER HE TAKES OFF THE SHEET, see this is why I need coffee), so what does a general glance-over show him: her clothing ripped up? any major areas where there is blood? Does she lack a whole ass head and I forgot?]

Which is to say, Cater is looking a little blue-ish. Her face and lips seem discolored... Her clothes seem alright, as she's wearing her default uniform, but there's blood pooling around her right shoulder. ]

[For some reason that html doesn't lead me to anything but I have faith it just hates me in particular.

And.. hmmmmm right. He will be methodical about this, he decides, starting with the head. First opening the mouth, checking the inside as best he can. Anything off about her teeth, tongue, roof of her mouth? Is there a particular smell on her breath besides Corpse?

Also he can see that the lips are blue, but anything else of note about them? Cracked, bleeding, or colored (DID YOU PUT ON LIPSTICK FOR YOUR DATE WITH DEATH CATER)?

He will also check her nostrils and open her eyes to see if there is any discoloration/oddities there too. ]

There's nothing off about the inside of her mouth. It does smell like someone didn't brush their teeth from eating sweets before getting murdered! Naughty. But that's about it. On the inside, there's a little bit of bruising around her lips and her nose, and her eyes look bloodshot when he checks them. ]

Also B| Wow he has guesses. But let's move it along. Checking the ears next, and then the top of the skull through her hair for any damage or oddities.

And he'll end up looking at her neck. I tried looking for the outfit myself (IMAGE WHY DO YOU HATE ME) and is there a tie he needs to move out of the way first? WELL IF SO Chiron does that]

[ whips the sheet off Sharon's body and wraps it around his shoulders like a cloak, what are we seeing here at first glance? ]

[ Nothing much! She lies there peacefully with a doll nestled in her arms. ]

[ Cute. Kano pats Sharon on the head and then picks up the doll and sort of squishes it in different places, checking for any tears or lumps inside that might be hiding anything. ]

[ No tears or lumps in the doll! ]

[ Is it soft and room temperature or cold and stiff? What does the doll smell like ]

[ACTUALLY instead of just suggesting it he's going to come over himself - if he gets the scalpel, the alien knife, and the saw from evidence and compares it to cater's injuries, does he get any closer?]

[ The wounds look too big to have been made by the scalpel or alien knife. The saw looks about the right size. ]

the tears on cater's shirt!! are they bloody? was she stabbed in the back too?]

[ Yes! They're bloody. And the same size as the wounds on her back, I'll give you that one for free. ]

Vezda stalks over to her body and checks the knife and the scalpel against the wound--which is the closer fit in terms of length, depth, and width of the stab? ]

[ The knife is closer, but not an exact match. ]

[ How close? Close enough that it could've been the knife with some jostling inside the wound? Or something more consistent with another weapon entirely? ]
