WEEK ONE: TRIAL (38 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. Hopefully you found it in you to make and eat breakfast, despite yesterday's news. At 11am, everyone will receive a message on their PHS, simply stating: empoti enp emporium. by the strike of twelve. Shortly before 12pm, every participant will feel compelled to move towards the Emporium, if they aren't already there. No exceptions! Though they will have to navigate around shelves and merchandise and the like, everyone will fit neatly inside the room. Once all the participants are present and the clock strikes twelve, the doors lock behind them. Three of the Leaders are there with them: Swan, Tiger, and Goat. Tiger speaks. "You have nine hours. Try not to stab each other during them." ༶•┈┈⛧┈｡o°✥✣ 　　 ✣✥°o｡┈⛧┈┈•༶ Hello, everyone, and welcome to the second trial! For the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6pm EST, where no mod tags will occur. Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9pm EST/6pm PST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously. The alien hovers in the same general spot, apparently waiting for them to make the first move. It is not impressed by Tuff Kasumi's boast. ]

This isn't a last of its kind sorta thing, right? I didn't even think things lived on th' moon.

[ Taako uses Bonk! The alien evades its attack!

Shima's attack lands, but not enough to make it let go of the knife. It flies up a bit and swipes at his face with a free claw.

Meanwhile, Raven chills with Goat, apparently. Maybe for the better, since he will be able to see that Taako and Shima are running around on top of a dried blood splatter. ]

is the alien floating because Taako will try and grab its ankle and slam it back into the Moon Dirt]

[ this is probably as close as i'm gonna get to a STAB BECAUSE FRANCY HATES ME but yeah he's getting a claw swipe across his face.

he's gritting his teeth and going to bring his staff around again to bonk the alien's head. aiming to stun it so it lets go of the knife ]

[Well now that there's both old evidence blood and fresh child blood in play Raven has no choice but to actually do something?]

[He's putting an arrow into the bow as he heads over but not actually shooting yet just for the sake of mods calculating the logistics of two attacks only instead of three.]

[ Taako can slam the alien into the dirt, though as it goes down, it tries to bite his shoulder!

Shima uses Bonk! Unlike Taako's bonk, this one lands because Taako's holding onto the alien, though it's also not quite enough to make it let go of the knife. Instead, he makes a move to stab Shima with said knife--probably around leg level. ]

[well raven your use Eyes to Observe the evidence now in case it is scuffed up]

Ow, what the hell! Be careful, I'm saving those hit points!

[He's? Bitten? Then. Why. Nasty. Since the alien is on the ground now Taako's going to try and kick it in the alien kidneys to get it to drop the dang knife already.]

so he'll bring the staff around in an attempt to block the stab ]

[He will! They have been observed. Without any sort of forensic analysis just knowing their approximate location is fine probably, unless, mods, there's some sort of 11037 situation happening here. Did someone write a word in the blood?

If not he's gonna try to fire an arrow into the alien's knife wielding shoulder because please.]

[ Nah, it looks like a normal blood splatter from what Raven can see.

Unfortunately for Shima, the knife will stab him a little, because this alien demands to see (more) blood and refuses to go down without it! Y'all didn't fight the alien yesterday, so suffer now.

Raven's arrow connects, and it also gets kicked by Tuff Kasumi, finally letting go of the knife now that it has Stabbed. ]

Alien is grappled, so, going to try and grab the knife or at least kick it out of the way.]

Shoo! Get out of here! Go! We don't want you anymore, Harry!

[ but as much as he wants to stab the alien again he's going to reach down and grab the knife and stumble away with it ] ]

[While those two fumble over the knife, Raven's gonna look around. Anything else to take notice of besides the blood spatter?]

[Because now there's boy blood on your hands.]

[ They can grab the knife! The alien is confused because its name isn't Harry, but it grumpily flies off now that it's lost the knife.

Raven will see nothing else of note! Meanwhile, Goat holds their hand out. Please give them back their sword, Taako. ]

Um... is that all you wanted to retrieve...?

[ There's a pause, before Goat simply reaches over to press their fingers against the blade of the sword, and it dissipates, as if melting into the air. No. :/

The trail did lead here, yes. It ends with the blood splatter. And yeah, Shima's efforts are pointless. Sorry, Shima. ]
