Three Leaders, Tiger, Swan, and Goat, are already present, Kano with them. Tiger speaks. "Let's... just get this over with." Once they finish speaking, an alert goes off from a PHS in the crowd—specifically, Jeanne's. Her PHS displays a simple message. You have been selected to remove Shuuya Kano. Regardless of her will, she will feel compelled to walk towards the scene. No other participant will be able to interfere; should they try, a barrier blocks their way, though it won't harm them.
