Once they finish speaking, an alert goes off from a PHS in the crowd—specifically, Jeanne's. Her PHS displays a simple message. You have been selected to remove Shuuya Kano. Regardless of her will, she will feel compelled to walk towards the scene. No other participant will be able to interfere; should they try, a barrier blocks their way, though it won't harm them.

[ Everything is terrible. Nothing is good. Shima is 100% keeping is distance from Izumo, knowing that him going anywhere close to her would be a bad idea at this point and time. But it won’t stop him from looking over at her, watching as she reacts to whats going on with the removal...
