Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. To the participants, yesterday's events may seem distant now—albeit not as distant as their life before this. Whether or not they notice, they will have lost a memory upon waking up.

The barrier to the north is down, and beyond the bridge lies new areas to explore. Strangely, what was there last week seems to have been replaced overnight. That's not the only thing that's different, either. The participants will find that their lodgings have changed, and new buildings within the town have been unlocked. Finally, should anyone check their PHS, Cater, Sharon, and Kano's profiles have been removed.

Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel.

Furthermore, it looks as though the rules have updated. If you break the current ninth rule, participants will get shocked. It will be a mild shock at first, but the longer they touch each other, the stronger it will get. On that note, if your character did not share a memory last week, please make sure to check your notifs!

Participants may also find that their memories of the past few weeks are getting fuzzier... as though they can't recall some of the details without focusing.

Finally, this week, every time a participant gets within one foot of someone, they will experience the emotions the other person is currently feeling and vice-versa. This will last for ten seconds even after they've stepped out of their personal bubble, after which the sharing itself might share, but the knowledge will not. Have fun!

This is a good start. Being out here and in the open means there's time for you to get used to this place. [he grins.] We can explore together if you want? It might be less scary with somebody else.

[ they nod. ]

Sure! Where would you like to go?

Hmm...we can check out the fort if you want. Or we can go sailing!

... can we try sailing? I'd like to get a better look at the boats.

Sure. Come on. [he immediately changes directions to lead them down to the docks, keeping his pacing slow enough they can follow.] We can sail around the port for a little and see how you like it.

[ oh, exciting. ]

Maybe we can figure out how they work then.

Should be able to...I haven't sailed a small boat in a while but it should be pretty easy. The weather looks pretty good for it anyway.

How does it work?

What, sailing? [hm...how to explain.] Sailboats are made differently than other boats to move in the water easier, but it's all in the sails themselves. They're shaped so they kind of billow out and the wind from the sea can push them forward. When my friends and I were building our raft the shape wasn't really the best but we made sure the sail was really strong.

[...] We never got to use it though.

[ they nod their head along to the explanation. ]

Oh... what happened? Did it break?

It...[...hm. well. what did happen to the highwind? he pauses for a moment as if he's trying to think it through.] I don't really remember. We spent a while making it. I know that. But I don't really remember why or what happened to it after we finished it.

I see...

[ is it like, impolite to ask if this is memloss or if he just somehow lost a whole ass raft. ]

I hope you find it?

[...the answer is apparently to laugh about it, so he does. it's quiet even if it's amused solely so he doesn't scare rabbit.]

It's been a while since then. It might be long gone by now. But who knows? Maybe it's hiding somewhere and we just haven't seen it yet.

... maybe.

[ they're obviously both curious and worried, but they'll let the subject drop for now. ]

So you were building it with friends?

Yup. Me, Riku and Kairi were working on it for a while. I don't really remember why now, but we put a lot of work into it. [there's a light huff of amusement as he leads them down toward the docks.] Riku did most of the building, but he's better at that kind of stuff anyway.

[...manual labor? sure.]

[ CONCERN... ]

Um... what are they like? Riku and Kairi?

[he immediately kind of sparkles at the mention of his friends.]

They're the best. [thank you, sora.] They're some of the bravest people I know...Riku's a Keyblade Master now, so he's one of the best fighters we have. Kairi was training right before we went to fight Xehanort, but she learns really fast. I've never doubted either of them. We've known each other since we were kids, so it's kind of hard to imagine being without them. Riku's kind of a jerk sometimes and Kairi teases me a lot, too, but it's always been that way. [this is all said very fondly. he's used to his friends bullying him.] They're both kinda stubborn, but they always look out for the best in people.

[...he smiles then, just to himself more than anything.] They're the reason I'm as strong as I am, you know? I know I can always count on them.

[ they listen to it all, quietly, and at the very end they just reach to grab his hands. ]

It's no wonder you're such a kind person, Sora.

[he lets this happen if only because he doesn't think to stop it, keeping a light hold on rabbit's hands.]

...you think so? [he seems perplexed by this because of course he's very fond of his friends, and they make him a better person, but it's still sweet to hear.]

The way you talk about them... there's a lot of love there.

It's nice.

[the grin doesn't disappear. rather, it grows even softer as he nods in agreement.]

I love them more than anything, I guess. [which is true, even if he's never used the word "love" to describe how much he cares about his friends. they're the most important thing in the world(s) to him, and he'll do anything to return to them.

so. he swings rabbit's hands a little before he laughs a bit.]

I think they'd like you, too. My friends usually get along pretty well with my other friends.

You think so?

[ they fall silent for a moment, maybe trying to imagine that. ]

... that would be nice. Having friends like that.

I know so. [very confident here!] You're a very kind person, too. They'd love you.

Whenever we get out of here, and whenever we get your memories back? I'll find a way to introduce you guys. Maybe you can even come visit or something.

[is. that how that works? it is now.]

[ IS THAT HOW THAT WORKS. rabbit just laughs. ]

If that's possible... it would be nice.

We were all brought here, weren't we? That's gotta mean there's a way we can all go back and visit other places.
