Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. To the participants, yesterday's events may seem distant now—albeit not as distant as their life before this. Whether or not they notice, they will have lost a memory upon waking up.

The barrier to the north is down, and beyond the bridge lies new areas to explore. Strangely, what was there last week seems to have been replaced overnight. That's not the only thing that's different, either. The participants will find that their lodgings have changed, and new buildings within the town have been unlocked. Finally, should anyone check their PHS, Cater, Sharon, and Kano's profiles have been removed.

Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel.

Furthermore, it looks as though the rules have updated. If you break the current ninth rule, participants will get shocked. It will be a mild shock at first, but the longer they touch each other, the stronger it will get. On that note, if your character did not share a memory last week, please make sure to check your notifs!

Participants may also find that their memories of the past few weeks are getting fuzzier... as though they can't recall some of the details without focusing.

Finally, this week, every time a participant gets within one foot of someone, they will experience the emotions the other person is currently feeling and vice-versa. This will last for ten seconds even after they've stepped out of their personal bubble, after which the sharing itself might share, but the knowledge will not. Have fun!

runs over to start shoving the crates until she finds one that she can actually lift

and fucking hurls it at the captain while he's distracted with Hilda.

[ The captain ignores Zuko's failed entrance entirely, though one skeleton who was apparently faking being dead claps politely in the background. The captain raises his pistol to Hilda ]

We named the parrot Jack... together.

[ this is important somehow. but just as he is about to fire upon her, Yoshizawa YEETS a crate upon the skeleton, which breaks on him, covering him in the number one export of this place.

Crabs!!!!

HUNDREDS OF ADORABLE LITTLE CRABS SWARM THE AREA. The captain, Zuko, Hilda, Yoshizawa, random skeleton bodies and the prone ones of Yona and XL are being scuttled over and possibly pinched... by crabs.

[ well at least they can level up their ship now!!! ]

[ anyway, zuko stares in horror at poor passed out xl right before all crab hell breaks loose. ]

[ zuko does the reasonable thing. (???) he rips off two skeleton arms (probably not from the clapping guy) and picks up xl, trying to get him to high, crab-free ground. he'll look after the girls later. ]

hilda, who is now covered in tiny pinch-y crabs, needs a nap, and is watching one of her teammates carry another, more unconscious teammate with a pair of skeleton arms is done. ]

[ she takes jimmy's gun and goes to pistol whip the captain with all her might, which is actually a considerable amount. ]

—RELATIONSHIP DRAMA!!

Just to be sure the captain doesn't get up to interfere again, Yoshizawa is going to run over, still covered in crabs

and fucking kick his head away from his body. Goodbye, sir.]

[She does not know what Jimmy would have wanted for him.

She only knew Jimmy for three tags.

Is there even enough of the captain left for Taako to marry? Sad. Please let them stuff him into a canon to shoot at the howling rose gang.]

[ The captain is so distracted by Zuko saying words that he completely misses the call out before Hilda pistol whips him, and immediately passes out, covered in crabs. Then Yoshizawa kicks the skull head away, which is just adding insult to injury at this point.

Now that they're free (except for crabs) to look through everything, they'll find some cannonballs around!

Unfortunately, someone seems to have thrown all the gunpowder overboard into the sea. Perhaps they were trying to stop a future murder and did not know the town would potentially be attacked by pirates, where gunpowder would've been pretty useful. They may have to hope that there is gunpowder in one of the crates and it is not just more crabs. That or they just kill the captain like they did everyone else, their choice. ]

[ zuko is also using skeleton arms to lift yona to safety. muffled i need a hero from shrek 2 continues to play but like with kazoos and badly offkey. ]

We need gunpowder to fire these canons!

[ if only, he could firebend, ]

[ anyway zuko is going to use the skeleton arms like a lever to try to pry open some crates and see if there's crabs inside. "sipp stop using skeleton arms in tags" no. ]

Finally.

[ sumi here with all the good assists this thread. hilda lets out an aggravated breath as they finally fell the skell-captain, shaking out her wrist from where she's exerted herself for the first time today. ]

[ CAN SHE JUST SHOOT HIM. she'll... just kind of kick his skull towards one of the cannons and let zuko deal with the boxes and any surprise! crabs. ]

[She will... pick up the Captain's skull when Hilda kicks it, and shove it in her bag so nobody else trips over it. Except, her bag is small so it's kind of poking out? It's fine. Stay there, Jeff.

Anyway, time to poke through the crates? Any gunpowder here? Hewwo?]

[ Zuko is truly a hero.

In the crates they open, they find... crabs, crabs, melons, crabs, crabs, snakes?, crabs, crabs, crabs, how many fucking crates are there, crabs, oops Zuko found some surprise skeletons and now has to battle them, and, finally, some fucking ammunition and gunpowder in the last possible crate Yoshizawa checks. So many crabs are running free now. It's actually quite impressive. The snakes are hanging out in their crates.

I'm serious like, three skeletons popped out of a crate and are now shooting at Zuko and Hilda. Yoshizawa has their captain's head and they don't want to kill him, though, so she's safe. ]

[ making sure to put himself between the girls and the skellies, zuko is just going to use these skeleton arms like dual swords instead of his actual sword, he will also yeet crabs at the skeletons!!! ]

Fang! Can you get these snakes to help?!

[ snisperer zuko is on the case????? also fang was here the whole time and i didn't forget him ]

[ THERE ARE SO MANY CRABS. hilda lets zuko deal with the surprise skellies since he's being so cool and noble about it anyway, grabbing what else is left of the captain and just. stuffing him in a cannon. maybe all the other skeletons will follow if they shoot him out to sea.

Sumire! There's some gunpowder, but—what are we even doing?

[ as established, she doesn't really know how to use this thing...... but surely they'll figure something out? right? ]

[Zuko, so heroic...

It doesn't seem like she hears Hilda until the gunpowder is brought up, and you know? That is an excellent question!]

I— I don't know. I've never dealt with real gunpowder before.

[But there are pirates right who have, so... Hm. She whips out the captain's head with one hand, and grits her teeth as she pulls out her dagger with the other. Holding the dagger to the captain's skull, she calls out:]

H-Hey! Teach us how to operate the cannons, or your captain gets it!

[She is probably bluffing and hoping they didn't notice Hilda stuffing the body in there, but. Look at all these dead skeletons. You sure you want to test that, buddy?]

[ The skeletons stop in the middle of what was probably a PRETTY epic battle with Zuko when Yoshizawa shows them the head. They absolutely did miss the rest of the body being yeeted into the canon because of it, and so they raise their hands ]

C-Captain Jeff!! Please, don't hurt him!!! He's just in love and misunderstood!!!!

[ the skeleton head, meanwhile, is making grumbling noises like it is about to wake up...

[ well it's too late for that now, zuko. they're in it. hilda's brow furrows as she adds to the sumi hype train. ]

Yeah, that's right—she's our captain and she's tougher than yours! She'll crush him to dust under her heel!

[ anyway she's also kind of blocking their skeletal line of sight a little so they don't see what they're up to. how do they even see without eyeballs? whatever. ]

[Oh. Well. This is happening.]

Y-Yeah! [Oh, god. Oh, boy. What does she say? Uh. Oh, jeez. The captain is waking up. Oh, no.] So... So, um, you scum better do as I say, or there will be a true bloodbath!

[That could have been more convincing. Please, go back to sleep, Jeff.]

[ The skeletons start whispering among one another. They may hear words from time to time, like "yeah she does look bad", "she's just standing there with an arrow in her arm, it's incredible dedication", "you think she'd use that arrow to stick it to us". At the end of it all, they throw their swords to the ground and raise their hands up ]

We surrender!! We'll, please!!! Don't hurt our captain!!

[ jeff makes a grumble that sounds a lot like scallywags but does not wake up yet. is this time... to yeet. ]

[ they're doing it, they're making this work, even if they're covered in crabs and one of them has an arrow sticking out of her arm and generally this has been a terrible experience. she whispers in a little aside, ]

Way to go, Sumi!

[ before i godmode zuko into helping man this cannon after all, actually. hilda takes off this lovely ring she's worked so hard for, which has now been tainted with the Drama of today, and stuffs it in the cannon too. then, she keeps the the other skellies at gunpoint, just in case they get any funny ideas. ]

[With Hilda holding the other skeletons at gunpoint and Zuko helping them out, Yoshizawa turns her back to then in order to pull the captain's skull back out. She gives him a gentle little pat on his skully little head.

In a very hushed voice:]

... Sorry. I hope you find someone who, ah, really loves you one day.

[And then she shoves the skull into the cannon. Goodbye, captain. Time to meet your future husband, Tuff Kasumi.]

[ The girls and Zuko succeed in putting the captain's entire body in the cannon alongside the ring, and shoot him off into the distance. He lands somewhere Francia gets to pick for hilarity.

The crew finally realizes what happened and rush to the side of the fort ]

Captain Jeff!!!! Noooooooooooooooooo!!!!

[ jeff, as well, wakes up right as this is happening, and screams in a barely audible tone: ]

'tis all yer fault jimmy doorington th' third!! curse ye 'n yer alcoholic sprog!!! ye dead scallywag!!!!
