WEEK FOUR: INVESTIGATION (?? remain) On Friday morning at 7am, all the doors will unlock and the participants may traverse between areas again. Participants will find that, as they leave wherever they slept, everything feels... unclear? Did they see whoever they were with? They can no longer remember. Even for those who spent the night alone, they can feel that something is off. It doesn't seem as though the Leaders are around, but at this point, everyone should realize what has happened. Time to investigate. ༶•┈┈⛧┈｡o°✥✣ 　　 ✣✥°o｡┈⛧┈┈•༶ Welcome to your fifth investigation! We will be posting top-levels for searchable locations—one set at 6pm EST and another set at 7pm EST. Each location will contain evidence to find, though it's up to your efforts as to whether you find all of it. Please coordinate investigation groups on Discord, as we ask that group threads consist of no more than 2-3 characters. We will stop tagging each top-level two hours after it went up, i.e. at 8pm and 9pm EST, respectively. Don't worry if you don't find everything! Characters will get the chance to revisit locations tomorrow at trial. At 9pm EST, an announcement will go up, confirming the victim(s). The disturbed dirt is fairly large, like it could maybe hold a small body. Mob and Clementine dig and dig, but after a couple of feet in, they still find nothing. ]

Like I'll still keep digging with Mob's sweet hands because I don't trust any mods, but. Hmm.

Also, he looks alarmed and sad when Claude mentions Hikaru, but he says nothing so he doesn't have to say something fucking ridiculous. He just glances at Claude and then keeps going.]

He's still holding this pterodactyl so he can't help to dig unless he lets it go? He's petting the pterodactyl and going to ask it very nicely because surely if we speak from the heart even people and animals can understand each other--)

Can you tell us where to look?

Your first impression was correct, Siz! Mob and Clementine continue to dig. This hole is like 5 feet deep now, if they dig any further they're not going to be able to get out of it. Do they want to keep digging anyway, or will they stop? ]

(Yeah, he's going over towards this whole then wow this sure is deep. Could someone have really dug this deep over night and filled it back up on top of doing a murder and stuff... hmm.

ANYWAY WITH ONLY 3 MINUTES LEFT, Claude is going to lean over the edge to help them out whenever they're ready to get out. )

[ Cool. Well, the precedent set was that two people digging together get about 4-5 feet per mod tag, through feats of superhuman effort, so now Mob and Clementine are about 9 feet into the ground now. Somehow. I'm very proud of them. But they still find nothing.

That's a good question, Claude! However, I will say that unlike in the other thread, after the initial digging, no one here stopped to check if the dirt below still looked loose or not before they kept digging. At this point, everyone has dug so much that there's so much dirt lying around and it's hard to tell.

Still, you can keep digging if you want. ]

[Can we? It's 9. Well, whatever. Mob is a very determined boy. He's just going to keep digging here until someone tells him to stop. He's sweating a lot, though. Nine feet, that's so much. How can this be possible.]

We might not find anything, here. Someone with a bracelet could probably get a lot more done than just the two of us.
