WEEK SIX: TRIAL (22 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. Hopefully you found it in you to make and eat breakfast, despite yesterday's news. At 11am, everyone will receive a message on their PHS, simply stating: Please go to the Emporium at 12. Shortly before 12pm, every participant will feel compelled to move towards the Emporium, if they aren't already there. No exceptions! Though they will have to navigate around shelves and merchandise and the like, everyone will fit neatly inside the room. Once all the participants are present and the clock strikes twelve, the doors lock behind them. Three of the Leaders are there with them: Wolf, Rabbit, and Fox. Wolf speaks. "Nine hours. For the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6pm EST, where no mod tags will occur. Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9pm EST/6pm PST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously. It's - fine. [ Hua Cheng just won't be able to comfort Xie Lian during the trial, because he's logical enough to know that doing so will make it worse, and it's going to be a spiral of irritation for the next five and a half hours. ]

Let's just... focus. [ And then some. ] If Ochako and Yona had them, then that lends credence to Ochako having been the one to write it. And it's in effect today, when there were no signs of it during our curfew as a group, it had to have been written after.

Or she did it. Ochako and gege are close, and she wouldn't - [ A beat, jaw tightening, before he continues. ] Ochako cared about gege and I, [ you know, like that ] and she wouldn't do something like this unless she had a reason to.

Um... doesn't it seem more likely that someone else wrote on it...?

If Miss Ochako had the time to write down Miss Dorothy's name because-- [well, she can't even say that, it's too awful to contemplate] --I think she would try to make it more clear. And um... I do not think she would have needed to write Mister Xie Lian's name if that was her intent.

[An rsvp with only one name would be even more suspicious, right? It would point right to someone.]

... It's easy to destroy an RSVP itself as evidence. But the effect of one is a clue that can't be hidden.
