WEEK ZERO: MINGLE
WEEK ZERO: MINGLE (43 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. Speaking of new, if participants turn on their PHS, they'll notice another section available. There's also an alert for a new message, titled TEAM ASSIGNMENT. Opening it will reveal which Leader they have been assigned to. Furthermore, at the corner of the PHS screen is an icon of an animal, depending on who their Leader is. It is visible only to them and no one else. That's not the only change, though. Participants may not notice at first—or perhaps they will?—but sooner or later, they may realize that they're... missing something? Strange. Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel. Which is to say, the Planetarium is now open! Finally, for the rest of the week, the participants will inexplicably have the urge to be physically affectionate. That person you just met days ago? Time to cuddle! This complete stranger you ran into? It sure is tempting to hold their hand. This urge can range anywhere from minor to impossible to ignore, depending on the situation. Enjoy your bonding! |

2. BREATHING SPACE

[ Dorothy seems a little surprised by this, cheeks also flushed-- but not to the extent of Elsa's. ]
Maybe you've been in too close with the crowd.
no subject
Maybe.
I think it's been a while since I've been around that many people at once.
no subject
[ Especially for someone who doesn't seem to be used to that much socializing. ]
no subject
I guess it's good I know what my... limit is. But...
[hmm]
...I wish there was a better way to get to know so many people quickly.
no subject
... Or so I've come to find! [ With a laugh. ] Really, it's impossible to get to know so many people at once. It's shallow like that, at best.

[the fresh air and space is doing her a world of good, and she can feel it.]
Elsa, by the way. I didn't mean to interrupt you.

Oh... I was actually just going to compliment you on your dress. It's really pretty!

[her wariness shifts, slowly transforming her face into a shy smile.]
You look gorgeous.

[so, dancing is off the table, but.]
Do you want to get something to eat? There's a lot of really tasty-looking stuff over there.
no subject
I don't believe we've met before. Elsa, by the way.

[time to head over to... the desserts! yona's picking out a couple of sweet treats with fruits. yummy.]
It's nice to meet you.

[sippy water!!! kano is a very chaotic, yet normal presence, which she is happy to have nearby.]
How are you doing in there, mister Baron?
no subject
Should've played more Dog Drug Reinforcement when you got the chance~ I can walk you through some dance moves if you want! I know, like, two of them!
no subject
but she dismisses it outright, and shakes her head.]
No, it's fine. I'm happy just being... danceless. And out of there, for now.
no subject
[ Dog Drug.
Kano leans back against the wall too, a little slouchy, looking over the crowd. ]
It's a lot, huh? So many people in one place. Acting all happy.

Elsa, please.]
You don't like to dance?
no subject
[point blank.]
I'm more the "stand around and smile while everyone else dances" person. My sister's the dancer. [and that's what she's sticking to.]
no subject
[Slowly, like she's trying to understand.]
no subject
Maybe.
[she's. trying not to pull a face? instead, she just looks kind of embarrassed.]
I just don't want to.
[there.]
no subject
[Now it's her turn to look embarrassed.]
Then, I'm sorry for prying! I just thought, if you didn't know how, I could teach you...
no subject
[she deflates a little.]
You didn't pry. I'm just... I'm still working through some things.
[...]
...We can dance. If you'd like.
