WEEK ONE: TRIAL
WEEK ONE: TRIAL (38 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. Hopefully you found it in you to make and eat breakfast, despite yesterday's news. At 11am, everyone will receive a message on their PHS, simply stating: empoti enp emporium. by the strike of twelve. Shortly before 12pm, every participant will feel compelled to move towards the Emporium, if they aren't already there. No exceptions! Though they will have to navigate around shelves and merchandise and the like, everyone will fit neatly inside the room. Once all the participants are present and the clock strikes twelve, the doors lock behind them. Three of the Leaders are there with them: Swan, Tiger, and Goat. Tiger speaks. "You have nine hours. Try not to stab each other during them." Hello, everyone, and welcome to the second trial! For the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6pm EST, where no mod tags will occur. Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9pm EST/6pm PST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously. If you have any questions at any time, please let us know by pinging us on Discord! |

PLANETARIUM/RAILROAD STATION
In both locations, notes were written on the walls with the same writing utensil. The one in the planetarium said - [ briefly checking his phs because im not gonna pretend his memory is as good as my copy paste button ] "If you find this, then don’t touch Yona! I’ll be waiting for you. Come find me and don’t drag anyone else into this."
The one in the station said, "Come out and face me you coward!"
The handwriting on both was similar enough that I believe they were written by the same person. It wouldn't hurt to go back and look.

[ You can get a general gauge of heights from that, maybe ]

It didn't look like someone had to stand on anything to write it, or stretch particularly high....But, I'd like to go check again. It would be best to get a more accurate measurement.
[ by which i mean we need to go investigate again to find out exactly because i sure didn't question that ]

And we should check it against the writing in the virtual reality room, as well. I don't mind going to look.

Then, we'll leave it to you~ Good luck out there.

[that's. depressing.]

[she manages a small smile. thanks, hua cheng.]

...Do you know anyone who could have wanted to attack you, Miss Yona?
no subject
I can't think of anyone.
no subject
Mob thinks that it may have been her handwriting - which means Miss Cater was certainly trying to keep you safe.
no subject
That sounds like something she would do. She was kind that way.
no subject
She was a brave woman.
no subject
She was.

I wish there was a way we could check her handwriting.
no subject
It was her. She cared about Yona-san.
no subject
[ he nods, just as serious! ] It's a very concerning message - it was brave of her, to want to protect Miss Yona like that. I wonder which one came first...

So, perhaps that was first. That makes sense. And then... "come out and face me, you coward", as well as the writing in the virtual reality room, "hurry it up". I wonder if that was written by Miss Cater as well...

So it sounds as though the trail led from... The Planetarium, to the Railroad Station, to the Virtual Reality Room. Then perhaps...
She ended up inside a locker in the docking bay - and blood was found by the shuttles, yes?
