WEEK TWO: TRIAL (35 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. Hopefully you found it in you to make and eat breakfast, despite yesterday's news. At 11am, everyone will receive a message on their PHS, simply stating: This is your reminder to be at the Emporium by 12 PM. Shortly before 12pm, every participant will feel compelled to move towards the Emporium, if they aren't already there. No exceptions! Though they will have to navigate around shelves and merchandise and the like, everyone will fit neatly inside the room. Once all the participants are present and the clock strikes twelve, the doors lock behind them. Three of the Leaders are there with them: Wolf, Rabbit, and Fox. Fox speaks. "... Third time isn't the charm, as it turns out. You have nine hours. We'll help with what we can, as before." ༶•┈┈⛧┈｡o°✥✣ 　　 ✣✥°o｡┈⛧┈┈•༶ Hello, everyone, and welcome to the third trial! For the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6pm EST, where no mod tags will occur. Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. Voting will close at 9pm EST/6pm PST, and will serve as our activity check for the week, so please be sure you get your vote in before it ends unless you have contacted us previously. Actually, I just had a thought. Rufus was drunk from the drinking game, yeah? So would he even be able to shoot straight while drunk?

No defense for yourself, Shiro? Where were you for curfew anyway?

I was with Archer and Emet. And my defense is this: if I were compelled to kill for any reason, I would not have picked Laine. He shared a secret with me this week- it's related to the writing that was on his face- and that secret made it clear how important it was for him to get back to his world. So after that talk, even if I were considering someone to kill, I wouldn't have picked him.

While an understandable argument, it suggests a level of choice about who you would kill - which would only factor in if there was a memory you were trying to regain.

[he hums thoughtfully]

I'm not convinced that you did it, for the record.

I must be out of the loop here, I didn't know that people were being forced to kill specific people.

Regardless, it's hard to prove what someone does or does not know.
