WEEK TWO: TRIAL (35 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. Hopefully you found it in you to make and eat breakfast, despite yesterday's news. At 11am, everyone will receive a message on their PHS, simply stating: This is your reminder to be at the Emporium by 12 PM. Shortly before 12pm, every participant will feel compelled to move towards the Emporium, if they aren't already there. No exceptions! Though they will have to navigate around shelves and merchandise and the like, everyone will fit neatly inside the room. Once all the participants are present and the clock strikes twelve, the doors lock behind them. Three of the Leaders are there with them: Wolf, Rabbit, and Fox. Fox speaks. "... For the next nine hours, the characters are expected to discuss among themselves, ask questions, examine the bodies of the victims, look over the evidence found yesterday, and revisit locations as needed in order to find the culprit(s). There'll be a one hour break from 5-6pm EST, where no mod tags will occur. Before the trial is over, please remember to place your character's vote over on the voting page. It would appear as though we have rather scattered evidence this week - could everyone report what you found, where you found it, the condition it was in, and whether or not you believe that your location is worth checking again?

Please also check on the condition of your evidence throughout the trial today and compare it to the findings of the body. I'd also like to suggest a weapons check sooner rather than later given the crunch we had for time previously.

Good day, everyone. Let's start out by reporting where we were last night, who you were with, and as well as if you experienced any strange effects from where you slept on Thursday evening.

I'll start. I stayed the night on the Howling Rose, with Vezda, Shigeo, San L..Hua Cheng, and Laine. We woke up the morning of Friday speaking... um, like pirates speak, apparently.

NORTH TOWN & TAILOR SHOP

So, Sora, Taako and I looked around the north of the town, and in the tailor's shop.

[ and what larks they had ]

There was a lot of paper scattered around the town? Like flyers. They had arrows drawn on them that seemed to be pointing into town, but when we tried to follow them they just led us in circles.

Some of them had blood on the edges though, so they might've been near a fight or a body? But as a direction guide they were pretty useless.

In the tailor's shop I found some empty pill bottles in the glove section – which was empty, by the way. Someone took all but one pair of gloves. The pill bottles look like the ones for painkillers, from the first aid station? I don't know if they were taken specifically for tonight, or if someone just had them on them after Wednesday, but maybe we need to take a look?

Um... Sora found part of a broom. Just the sweeping part though, there was no handle. And that really creepy costume, with the skull mask that's been in the tailor's shop all week was just gone. So I don't know if that's significant or if someone just really took a shine to it.

...Raven-san's body was in the pub, sat in one of the chairs like he fell asleep there.

Everything else was a mess. Tables were overturned, and there were broken bottles and glass everywhere, like there'd been a fight. But whoever it was that killed him, they must have had a drink with him first, because there were two glasses there.

.... Blanca, Hansa, and I felt a compelling urge to build a blanket fort, likely because we slept in the Fort, so I ask that you not be too upset with either of them...

We had a drinking game... and got rather involved in it. And also felt very intoxicated the following day.

Raven had a... really big loss in the middle of the week. I know it's not proof or anything, but I'm wondering if whatever changed was... was a motive for someone, you know?

Elsa, Alphinaud, Ochako, Usagi and I were all in the inn that night. Nothing notable happened, we just drank hot chocolate and chatted until we passed out.
