Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. To the participants, yesterday's events may seem distant now—albeit not as distant as their life before this. Whether or not they notice, they will have lost a memory upon waking up.

The barrier to the north is down, and beyond the bridge lies new areas to explore. Strangely, what was there last week seems to have been replaced overnight. That's not the only thing that's different, either. The participants will find that their lodgings have changed. Finally, should anyone check their PHS, Alyssa, Hikaru, and Bucky's profiles have been removed.

Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel.

Furthermore, it looks as though the rules have updated. On that note, if your character did not stay, please make sure to check your notifs.

Once again, participants may find that they have difficulty recalling complete details of the past weeks.

Finally, participants will find that they now have another pet to take care of. Small creatures (based on any animal of player choice, real or mythical) will be following them around all week. However, these creatures are emotionally tied to their participant, so whatever the person they are connected to is feeling, they will outwardly display it. Angry? They will be hostile. Happy? So are they! Even more, they will react to other participants based on how theirs feels about the other. Anyone their participant loves, they will also love. Hope you don't secretly hate anyone, that might be awkward.

(Meanwhile, Claude might not be the best at brawling but he is certainly the dodgiest lord in the game in more than one sense of the word. He's really fast and takes pride in being able to get away from others easily! So dodging is easy for him BUT HE WASNT EXPECTING TO GET KICKED IN THE BACK and he stumbles forward!

Luckily, he keeps his balance but wow? He sure does look surprised. So what does he do? He takes his elbow and tries to hit back while turning to swing with his other hand.)

[ she stays low, only just managing to duck the elbow! if she can, she'll grab his arm and try to throw claude to the ground. ]

(SHE WILL ABSOLUTELY GRAB HIS ARM and he lets out a surprised yelp when he hits the ground.)

Yikes!

(He's fine. He's fine.

Just. Stunned? Ochako? )

[ oh. she didn't think that would actually work? so she peers down at him in concern. ]

You okay?

No.

(He groans! He's in pain? He hurts. He can't even get up!!!)

[ wincing. ]

Sorry! I thought you'd be harder to beat.

[ at least she offers him a hand for getting up this time? ]

Give her a hard pull down to throw her off balance onto the ground. Act fast Ochako or else he's going to try to roll over and pin you down next.)

[ i, ray, saw this coming from a mile away but ochako did not. she really should have but it's fine. she'll just let out a startled yelp as she hits the ground, and suddenly she's?? being pinned??

and her cheeks flush. this is embarrassing, and so is the little squeak that follows: ]

(A here is Claude... on top of her. No shame.)

Haha! (Oh. He's just going to laugh,) is that all? Don't tell me you're giving up like this, Ochako~

[ with a huff, she grabs his wrist with one hand, back of his arm with the other. then she's pulling her knees up and twisting her hips to throw him off and switch their position.

her whole face is red, but who's on top now!! ]

(And this is the part where Ochako might really start to notice that when it comes to fighting, he's more than just a schemer but he's scrappy.

Just as she's grabbing onto him, he'll do the same even if his own tactics are different. What he does is reach to grab her by the front of her shirt so when they do roll over with him at the bottom, they're close. Essentially, he's using her body to shield his own to restrict her movements. If this was a real fight, it would be difficult to you know... stab him the chest or strangle him right now.

While they're up close, Ochako might also notice the way his eyes seem to really focus in on her. It's a good, fun, spar but he hates losing. He's in competitive mode, taking this completely seriously. He might not be as skilled in close, hand to hand combat but he's not going down without a fight.

She's on top of him again! He's not letting her go... and he's going to bring his knee up to hit her in the stomach. This time, his goal is to really try and escape! Wiggle free which means letting her go--)

[ she winces, and before she can stop him, claude's already getting back up. but he's not as fast or as strong as bakugou, and a little hand to hand is nothing compared to explosions, so ochako rolls to her feet and launches herself right back at him.

if he's taking her seriously, then she owes to him to do the same, and that means she won't let up. so... time to see how he handles her throwing a punch. ]

(He is taking her seriously!! He's scrappy and oding his best! But even his best isn't good enough when you consider his usual fighting styles. Archery and swords! That's what he's best at and there was really no way he'd ever really win against someone who's trained for it.

Like right now.

When he takes a fist in the face and ends up actually knocked off his balanced. His hand shoots to hold his face? Anyway now is probably a great chance to actually knock him out.)

[ good! because she's following up the way that gunhead taught her, to bring the side of her hand down hard on claude's neck, on the opposite side where she hit him before. theoretically that should do it, but she's trying not to, like, really take him out. ]

(TAKE HIM OUT

By the time he recovers, she's already bringing her hand down on his neck and he lets out a gasp just before he goes down! He's down, he's really down. Not knocked out or anything but he's holding up his hands,)

(If this was a real fight, he'd be down. He knows that much. He's lost.)

anyway she pumps her fist!! she won!! yay!! but she does go to offer him a hand getting back up with a grin. ]

You aren't nearly as much of a challenge as fighting Xie Lian-san.

(He'll take her hand!!)

Give me 70 meters and you wouldn't know what hit you.

(HE'D SNIPE HER.)

Hand to hand combat definitely isn't one of my strengths... but you're good. I can tell that much.

Can you try not to shoot me unless I've done something to deserve it?

[ she's teasing? ochako probably wouldn't attack him for real. ]

Xie Lian-san's been helping me train since we got here. [ she is so proud of this fact for some reason. ] But maybe you should practice a little more? Your aim won't be any good if someone sneaks up on you.

Oh, don't worry. I dislike fighting. I'd only do it if you had it coming.

(He can fight! But he'd rather talk.)

And that's what a dagger or sword is for.

(... Says the guy who literally just said he dislikes fighting. Anyway he might not knock anyone out... but he'll definitely stab you.)

It's not that hard to disarm someone with those.

Is that a challenge? I'm not too bad with either.

[ hmmm. ]

It could be. I'm still figuring out how to use a sword myself, but disarming someone was one of the first things I learned - both with a weapon and without one!

Then next time, we'll have an old fashioned sword duel.

Chivalry and honor! Metal against metal. (Wait.) ... Or a good old fashioned brawl. I'm not against differing styles.

Mm... If it's about chivalry and honor, you'll probably win that one. I'm used to just doing whatever I have to do to win.

Me? I'll lie and cheat and do whatever I have to. An opponent can't fight if they suddenly end up in the infirmary with a nasty stomachache, right?
