WEEK FIVE: INVESTIGATION (?? remain) On Friday morning at 7am, all the doors will unlock and the participants may traverse between areas again. Participants will find that, as they leave wherever they slept, everything feels... unclear? Did they see whoever they were with? They can no longer remember. Even for those who spent the night alone, they can feel that something is off. It doesn't seem as though the Leaders are around, but at this point, everyone should realize what has happened. Time to investigate. ༶•┈┈⛧┈｡o°✥✣ 　　 ✣✥°o｡┈⛧┈┈•༶ Welcome to your sixth investigation! We will be posting top-levels for searchable locations—one set at 6pm EST and another set at 7pm EST. Each location will contain evidence to find, though it's up to your efforts as to whether you find all of it. Please coordinate investigation groups on Discord, as we ask that group threads consist of no more than 2-3 characters. We will stop tagging each top-level two hours after it went up, i.e. at 8pm and 9pm EST, respectively. Don't worry if you don't find everything! Characters will get the chance to revisit locations tomorrow at trial. At 9pm EST, an announcement will go up, confirming the victim(s). PINK CASTLE (SPA)

[Another day, another murder. Or murders. Hansa wanders into the spa, because clearly a place of relaxation and bliss couldn't POSSIBLY contain any bodies, right?]

Hey, Ange. [He says, giving the girl a nod in greeting before wandering into the spa.] Let's check it out.

[lecarre]

[Ange doesn't want to be here and it's a miracle she's upright, but here she is.

She's got her missing eye all bandaged up so now they are ~*~twinsies~*~, and her right arm is splinted and bandaged close to her chest.

So!! Let's do this thing.

She nods in greeting in response, mostly looking tired and smelling deliciously of freshly baked bread, and steps on inside. Anything immediately jump out at them? Any bodies in the baths?]

[ Well, there's a sad-looking baby dilophosaurus hanging around.

Is Ange going to get into a bath to look? ]

[robopriest]

[...............Yeah, he's wondering why she's now part of the eyeless club, but he. Naturally assumes its CYOA. Of course it is. Hansa just puts the questions he has aside for now, wandering in, and-]

[He clamps a hand over his own mouth after just. Belting that out. What the hell. He looks over at Ange, and then just. Keeping his lips right, he goes over to the poor thing, squatting and gesturing for it to come closer. His voice is quiet, this time.]

Come here, little guy. Come on.

[omg. Hansa.

Ange pauses... and stares at him for a minute, and then just shakes her head a little.]

... Your singing is quite lovely.

[Anyway. Googles the dino. Hm, seems fine.

So yeah Hansa's got it covered, so she just shuffles towards the edge of the pool where he is.

Is there anything else off about the bath? The water? Any weird stuff in it besides a dinosaur?]

[ The dinosaur goes over to Hansa. ):

I'm so sorry, Cal, but I'm going to have to ask: which bath? As there are multiple. Specifically, there are normal-looking baths, a bath with purple, white, and gold with silver glitter bath bombs active, a bath with a swirl of blue, pink, and purple bath bombs active, and a bath with red, mixed in splotches of green and blue. ]

[robopriest]

Ah...thanks.

[AWKWARD...he doesn't view himself as a singer! And anyways ENOUGH OF THAT awwwww sad dino. :(]

[He'll pick it up gently and cradles it in his arms, petting it lightly as he looks it over to see if its hurt. Maybe its owner isn't far away...]

Hey, Ange! Find anything?

[He'll just follow her to wherever she's going for now.]

[There are so many baths :(

Anyway, Ange... starts with...the blue, pink, and purple bath bombs bath. Can she even see anything with all of that active?

As per the wishes of chat, she just points Hansa towards the glittery one.]

I haven't found anything yet, um... do you mind taking a look at that bath?

[ Nothing can be seen in the bath-bomby baths because, unfortunately, all the colours and whatnot conceal anything within. ]

[robopriest]

[this is only happening because chat said so]

Ugh, you can't see anything in these things...

[He'll put the dinosaur down, give it a pet on its head, before just letting out a sigh.]

I'm gooooing in the baaaaaaath~ 🎵 [UGHHHH. He looks very annoyed with himself.] Pretend you didn't hear that. I'm checking it out.

[And he's just going to sit on the side and slip in. Its fine. He's getting glittery for the Vine.]

[lecarre]

[Okay the singing is very funny and she stifles a giggle.

As she also steps into her own bath (blue pink and purple).

This is the tiredest and least enthused anyone has ever gotten into a bath bomb bath.]

[retellers]

[ Ange... finds nothing. Sorry, Ange.

Hansa, however, will find that his feet knock into something at the bottom of the bath. ]

[robopriest]

[Oh.]

[Well, he's just going to reach down to try to? Pull it out of the water if he can? Its fine.]

[lecarre]

[That tracks.

Ange is unaware Hansa found something, so she just sighs and gets out, still fully clothed and dripping wet, to go check out the next one.

Theeee red one with green and blue. What does the red look like? It'd better not be blood.]

[ Hansa pulls out... a standard!

The red is a bright red. Kind of pinkish? ]

[robopriest]

[He actually sort of doubletakes at what he pulls out. Hey, isn't that...?]

Jeanne...?!

[Okay, that's bad, there's NO way she would just? Bring it to the bath and? Leave it here? IT'S NOT A THING TO BRING IN THE BATH AT ALL???]

Ange, Jeanne might be...!

[Okay he has to focus. He's just reaching down to make sure there's nothing else in this glitter bath PLEASE LET HIM NOT MISS A WHOLEASS BODY]

[Okay that gets her attention. She swings around to see if he's found a wholeass body, and when it's just the standard, she just kind of.

Breathes a little??

Is this panic territory or not, she's not sure. M-maybe someone just stole it and stabbed someone with it.]

... I... I'm sure she's fine. Miss Jeanne would not leave us all like this...!

... We have to check everything in here, Mister Hansa!

[Anyway she's plunging into that bath with more urgency because now they have to really be thorough.]

[ Both of them find nothing in their respective baths. ]

[robopriest]

[haha this is not fine?]

[Hansa steps out of the bath finally, now all glittery and a bit alarmed, and moves towards the sauna to see if there's anything there. Where can she be?]

[lecarre]

[Uhhh what else is in the spa to check out--just to be thorough, Ange'll check out the area with all of the Pampering Supplies.

Just to say she did.]

[retellers]

[ Nothing seems out of place at the sauna.

Nothing seems out of place in the area with supplies either! Or, well, I suppose some bath bombs are theoretically missing now. ]

[robopriest]

[He's swerving back to the baths, looking over the tiles - no bloodstains? Nothing in the corners of the spa? Is it really just this standard?]

Ange, did you find anything...?

[lecarre]

No... nothing. Nothing at all.

it's tradition now.

But also she moves to join Hansa after that.]

[ No bloodstains, nothing hiding in the corners! Nothing on the ceiling either. ]
