WEEK SIX: MINGLE

WEEK SIX: MINGLE (25 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. To the participants, yesterday's events may seem distant now—albeit not as distant as their life before this. Whether or not they notice, they will have lost a memory upon waking up. The barrier to the north is down, and beyond the bridge lies new areas to explore. Strangely, what was there last week seems to have been replaced overnight. That's not the only thing that's different, either. The participants will find that their lodgings have changed. Finally, should anyone check their PHS, Elsa, Yona, Shigeo, and Fiora's profiles have been removed. Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel. Furthermore, it looks as though the rules have updated. Once again, participants may find that they have difficulty recalling complete details of the past weeks. Also, anyone who had been poisoned during trial will still be feeling sick! Haha! Finally, participants will find that they are now sporting a new injury. This injury is one that they received in their past, whether they remember it or not. No matter how fatal the injury is, participants won't die from it, and the pain they feel will be dulled down. However, if another participant touches someone's injury effect, even if it's covered, then they will both be hit with whatever pain that was felt when the injury was first inflicted. This pain will last ten seconds. The injury can also be as minor or major as desired.

I don't think I can swim as far as you can right now. [...but he immediately kicks off his shoes and starts to wade in the water. it's fine, his w1 burns are pretty much healed and faded.] Find anything good out there?

[EVERYONE IS SO HURT. Blanca has a bandage on his arm (he's going to get a bandage tan), but he's still in the water like a fool maybe.

Instead of making Sora come all the way out, he starts swimming closer until he gets about waist level.]

Would be nice to find some treasure, wouldn't it? There's a beautiful reef under the water with some fish, but not much else.

[sir your arm. but sora looks...mostly okay! there's a bandage on his right shoulder, burns on his left side and bandages on his chest that're harder to see. otherwise he'd dive right in. but he can wade up to about his knees comfortably.]

I think a reef is a treasure of its own. They're really cool to look at.

[He comes farther out of the water, and turns around to stand beside Sora so the two of them are facing the ocean. I'm so sorry he's in a speedo, it was a mistake. It's fine.]

[blanca your pants. it's fine, sora doesn't seem to care even though i, ty, hate you. he grins at the idea of blanca agreeing with him but then it softens a little as he lets the waves lap against his legs.]

...more or less, yes. [that is to say he's still pretty sore but doesn't want to acknowledge it.] Being here makes me feel better though.

Almost like being at home, hm? I guess I'm not far off, having been living in the Caribbean for a while. So I feel the same.

Yeah. [he knew blanca would understand.] If I didn't think some people would be weird about it, I'd probably camp out on the beach all week.

Yeah. For sure. If we have enough materials to make a bonfire or something it'll be even better.

We can probably scrounge something up. Maybe make a little tent, unless you don't mind sleeping directly under the stars.

I don't mind sleeping without a tent? It's cooler that way when you can see everything around you.

All right then. A big fire, and nothing but the night sky. And something to lie on, of course.

We can probably grab some towels and stuff and call it good. Spare pillows, too. It shouldn't be too cold if we have the fire so we won't need a ton of blankets or anything.
