WEEK FIVE: MINGLE
WEEK FIVE: MINGLE (29 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. To the participants, yesterday's events may seem distant now—albeit not as distant as their life before this. Whether or not they notice, they will have lost a memory upon waking up. The barrier to the north is down, and beyond the bridge lies new areas to explore. Strangely, what was there last week seems to have been replaced overnight. That's not the only thing that's different, either. The participants will find that their lodgings have changed. Finally, should anyone check their PHS, Alyssa, Hikaru, and Bucky's profiles have been removed. Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel. Furthermore, it looks as though the rules have updated. On that note, if your character did not stay, please make sure to check your notifs. Once again, participants may find that they have difficulty recalling complete details of the past weeks. Finally, participants will find that they now have another pet to take care of. Small creatures (based on any animal of player choice, real or mythical) will be following them around all week. However, these creatures are emotionally tied to their participant, so whatever the person they are connected to is feeling, they will outwardly display it. Angry? They will be hostile. Happy? So are they! Even more, they will react to other participants based on how theirs feels about the other. Anyone their participant loves, they will also love. Hope you don't secretly hate anyone, that might be awkward. |

[ When Jeanne isn't reminding you she's Catholic, she's here to remind you she's a country hick.
She picks up a needle and starts threading it. ]
I'm afraid I'll have to depend on your discerning eye, Hilda.
no subject
but look, there's some mice!
they bring along
cloth of this pattern]
Oh wow.

[ jeanne is a farmgirl! she's so cute. soo-won is useless. so are these rodents. ]
Oh, yuck.
[ she gives the mice a hopeless look. ]
Can you guys try again?
no subject
There is nothing wrong with this. You can't expect mice to conform to human aesthetics? ]
We're using this.
[ starts cutting out a proper shape out of this fabric to sew with no problem ]
no subject
oh
soo-won sees no reason to. disagree with this i guess?]
I suppose we all have different tastes...
no subject
is hilda the only one on this team with eyes? ]
...Do we have to?
no subject
But because Jeanne thinks Hilda is sweet, she shows Hilda that she's cutting something that looks like a mouse-sized dress. ]
I'll make something for our helpers until they bring us something you like. Is that all right?
no subject
actually so cute]
You're awfully talented, Jeanne...
[A DRESS FOR MICE]
no subject
incredibly cute. how can our saint be so cute. hilda makes a little face before she sighs in defeat, taking the mouse-sized fabric from jeanne as she cuts it, as well as a needle. ]
...We're only making a few of these, okay?
no subject
[ She doesn't want to waste fabric, and she's endeared to mice now. It's terrible.
She beams. ]
Are you helping, Hilda? I'm so glad.
[ anyway, another mouse comes, bearing gifts. ]
no subject
Oh.... my!
[well.
he's going to start cutting them out in similar shapes to what jeanne did? sure. at least he's a quick learner]
.... should we be working on the larger dress after this?
no subject
even then, as she takes the next ugly swatch of fabric from soo-won, she frowns. ]
...Do we have to? That's going to take forever!
no subject
I think that is the intent of our task...
[ She taps her chin. ]
You may continue making mice dresses, Hilda, and I can make one fit for...
[ She smiles at Soo-won. This is how he's going to help. ]
no subject
For?
no subject
well, she'd rather make a dress for jeanne, if anyone else, but she doesn't deserve to wear these fabrics. and they don't have a dress form, i've decided.
it makes sense. ]
Oh! That's a great idea... he's so tall though, we're going to need a lot of fabric.
no subject
[ The mice make sounds that sound like an affirmative? Jeanne's own daemon mouse joins them, even!
This is Something Cinderella-ish. ]
Are you ready to be a model, Won?
no subject
oh.]
.... yes, yes. If only because you two are hard to deny.
[he would find anyone hard to deny]
no subject
[ she is cheerfully putting a little mouse in a dress. ]
I'd ask what color you'd like, but I think that's up to our little rodent friends.
no subject
[ Jeanne is just as cheerful as Hilda, and she is taking out a tape measure.
Time to find out what his three measurements are. ]
no subject
but i can say that he's probably broader than expected given that he normally wears flowing robes whenever he can..... twink-passing! and he looks embarrassed once jeanne is actually coming close to him
but he endures]
W-Well, I do like patterns....
no subject
That's great, because we have lots of them.
[ actually, they only have patterns. a mouse brings this next, which she drapes over his shoulder. ]
Hmmm... blue does suit you, Won!
no subject
[ Her arms are just going around him with the tape? Three times.
Twink-passing....! Sure, whatever those measurements are, Jeanne's got them. ]
Blue does suit him.
[ She agrees. ]
no subject
Erm, nothing.
But ah - does it? And tiger stripes.... That's a little nostalgic.
[why
soo-won's daemon who was probably chilling around as a falcon shifts into a tiger at that! it might be eyeing the mice
please run, mice]
no subject
...Do you wear this sort of thing normally?
[ she sounds a little judgey. ]
no subject
She is sensitive to the needs of mice, so she watches the tiger closely and is only barely paying attention to the conversation. ]
