WEEK SIX: MINGLE (25 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. To the participants, yesterday's events may seem distant now—albeit not as distant as their life before this. Whether or not they notice, they will have lost a memory upon waking up. The barrier to the north is down, and beyond the bridge lies new areas to explore. Strangely, what was there last week seems to have been replaced overnight. That's not the only thing that's different, either. The participants will find that their lodgings have changed. Finally, should anyone check their PHS, Elsa, Yona, Shigeo, and Fiora's profiles have been removed. Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel. Furthermore, it looks as though the rules have updated. Once again, participants may find that they have difficulty recalling complete details of the past weeks. Also, anyone who had been poisoned during trial will still be feeling sick! Haha! Finally, participants will find that they are now sporting a new injury. This injury is one that they received in their past, whether they remember it or not. No matter how fatal the injury is, participants won't die from it, and the pain they feel will be dulled down. However, if another participant touches someone's injury effect, even if it's covered, then they will both be hit with whatever pain that was felt when the injury was first inflicted. This pain will last ten seconds. The injury can also be as minor or major as desired.

[He instantly snaps his head up when the cat is removed, his lips drawn back almost like he's going to snarl? But he seems to think better of it, just shaking his head as he glowers at the lady, sitting down on the ground.]

[Yeah, he'll hear your stupid fortunes. Binch.]

[ They're probably a foldable chair, painted black to match the aesthetics. Izumo can have a sit.

But she taps the crystal ball. ]

Usually when people enter my tent, it's because they have a problem they wish to seek answers for... what is troubling you, children?

[ They can hear a yawning sound from where the cat is. ]

[ she'll take it and help herself to a seat and finally really take in everything because it's kind of hard to focus on anything else while focusing on not falling over. ]

Troubling me? [ she'll sneak a look at sora an then to hansa for a moment before looking away.

yeah. if you think she's gonna say what's bugging her in front of an audience, then good luck with that. ] This and that. I don't have any answers to really seek.

[reconnective]

[there's a tiny sigh of relief when izumo gets off her feet, but he seems to actually be taking the question seriously. he catches that look, and he glances at the feral hansa quietly before he hums under his breath.]

...how much of the future can you really see? Or, I guess, how much do you think we should know? [...] If I ask, can you release the cat?

[both of his companions seem like they want to pay attention to the cat so. he'll help.]

[He's still just. Glowering, which is hard to do with a shoujo crystal eye, but he manages.]

[He grumbles, under his breath.]

[ She dropped her fake accent for that. And then clears her throat, returning to it as she address the other two. ]

Usually when we're told to meet on this side of the bridge, someone needs our help. So I guess what's troubling me is not knowing what to do next.

[His eyes go wide at the insult, before he murmurs, ever so maturely:]

[And then he just shakes his head, pointing at Sora.]

[ The cat is mewing. The fortune teller idly pats the kitty. ]

But ah! I can see it... your future... the children...

[sacredchants]

[ izumo's just. going to look at hansa and just. ]

[ suddenly she has so many questions, or well, even more questions than she had before. is this fine? who knows anymore but...

when the fortune teller mentions children, she has her attention again. unfortunately. ]

Okay. Back up. What exactly do you see then? If you know the future then you know what's troubling us, right?

[robopriest]

[He completely ignores Izumo, just letting out a sharp huff of displeasure.]

[ She pauses, and points at Hansa. ]

Is he always like this? Does he also ask you how movies end when you're twenty minutes into it? Fucking tourists.

[ Anyway. ]

The children are the key.

[ izumo's going to be doing damage control on hansa, apparently, which is a terrible idea. but this means that she's going to raise a hand (her only good one) into the air to answer. ]

He just woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Probably. If you let him pet the cat, I'm sure he'll be less....everything.

Yeah. Like, uh, a therapy animal? If you let him pet Mojo he'll behave a lot better. [is this helping. but. ...the key, huh. he seems momentarily distracted then. ]

[He pets Mojo gently, looking back and forth between the fortune teller and the others.]

[ Mojo happily settles. This cat likes attention and will probably start meowing in a few minutes as if it has never been fed in its life before, despite eating half an hour earlier. ]

They will bring you great anguish while you are here. I can see it... [ she closes her eyes. ] The pink one has already fallen due to them.

[ operation getting a cat for hansa worked out great! nice.

but, uh. to first answer sora's question. she'll just shrug her one shoulder. ]
