WEEK ONE: MINGLE

WEEK ONE: MINGLE (40 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. To the participants, yesterday's events may seem distant now—albeit not as distant as their life before this. Whether or not they notice, they will have lost a memory upon waking up. The barrier to the north is down, and beyond the bridge lies new areas to explore. Strangely, what was there last week seems to have been replaced overnight. That's not the only thing that's different, either. The participants will find that their lodgings have changed. Finally, should anyone check their PHS, Hajime, Pikachu, and Virid's profiles have been removed. Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel. Furthermore, it looks as though the rules have updated. Finally, this week, the participants will find themselves drawn to one person in particular. Whoever that is, they will find themselves compelled to be close to them physically. The longer they attempt to resist this, the more compelled they will be... and the closer they will want to be, to the point that it might be emotionally and physically draining to not be holding hands or hugging them for several hours because you've ignored them too long. That's fun.

TALK TO GOAT

[ goat can be found walking along the rooftops of buildings or hanging out in the forest with the animals--whether they be the woodland creatures or the more dangerous ones deeper in, who seem to be at ease with goat's presence. as long as goat is there... well, the animals won't necessarily be friendly towards you, but they won't get hostile.

oddly, goat seems to be around at all hours, no matter how early or late. ]

[ compared to tiger, most are probably less intimidating. ]

They are in the castle. It's our duty this week, to be immediately available for all of you.

[ insomniacs and night owls unite. that is to say, at some point, because every important conversation in madoka happens on the tops of buildings and trains, homura is lying back on one of the building rooftops (how did she get up there??? a mystery), catching a quiet moment away from the crowd (unless there's a secret club of rooftop climbers whose meetings she's interrupting by existing) when she notices goat's presence.

it's late. homura's aware her sleep habits aren't exactly healthy, but... ]

... Do you not get tired?

[ fox had said something about goat being the strongest of them before, too... ]

No. Should you not be asleep, child?

[ not said in a scolding manner, but just very ?? ]

[sora finds himself in the forest at some point in the afternoon, and as he's taking a walk he ends up stumbling upon goat who's with the woodland creatures, don't make me deal with more bears. still, he slows down enough to approach them with a grin.]

They seem to like you a lot.

goat looks towards sora, as a bird sits on goat's head between the horns. ]

I suppose so.

[ Kano finds Goat at 2 in the morning wandering around in the forest. ]

Hey! Hello! Do you know the bears that live around here?

I know of them.

[ they weren't around last week when the bears first started appearing, so. not many chances to encounter them before now. ]

Should you not be resting now?

[ she absolutely looks up and has a moment of confused panic when she sees someone walking along the rooftops. helloo??? ]

Is that safe...?!

[ they peer down at alex. ]

[Sharon finds them while they are surrounded by woodland creatures, and she gives them a polite curtsy]

[Finding them while they're having their Disney princess moment...! She will offer them a polite bow once they make eye(???) contact.]

[ they peer down at her. ]

[As interested as Chiron is in the new locations, nothing beats the forest, frankly... though the new addition has him arching his brows.

Especially the types of animals they keep in their company. Most animals are willing to ignore Chiron like it's a personal favor, but bears, huh...

You are rather adept with the animals here. Is that a gift, or a learned skill?

I suppose you would call it a gift... though to me, it's just something that is.

[gasp... animal friends... she gently places her hand against her mouth to keep herself from saying anything, not wanting to scare the small gathering of rabbits that's congregated around Goat's feet.]

Um... um, Goat-san... Can I come say hi? They won't run away, will they?

[ they look up at her from where they're probably chilling on the ground. ]

If you don't do anything to frighten them.

[ zuko is out at night too because he's a weirdo, and he's definitely exploring the forest -- he pauses when he sees goat. ]
