WEEK FIVE: MINGLE
WEEK FIVE: MINGLE (29 remain) Rise and shine, gremlins. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's the start of a new week. To the participants, yesterday's events may seem distant now—albeit not as distant as their life before this. Whether or not they notice, they will have lost a memory upon waking up. The barrier to the north is down, and beyond the bridge lies new areas to explore. Strangely, what was there last week seems to have been replaced overnight. That's not the only thing that's different, either. The participants will find that their lodgings have changed. Finally, should anyone check their PHS, Alyssa, Hikaru, and Bucky's profiles have been removed. Three Leaders can be found around the area, open (?) to approach. If participants want to speak to them more privately, or to an absent Leader, it looks like they'll have to go through another channel. Furthermore, it looks as though the rules have updated. On that note, if your character did not stay, please make sure to check your notifs. Once again, participants may find that they have difficulty recalling complete details of the past weeks. Finally, participants will find that they now have another pet to take care of. Small creatures (based on any animal of player choice, real or mythical) will be following them around all week. However, these creatures are emotionally tied to their participant, so whatever the person they are connected to is feeling, they will outwardly display it. Angry? They will be hostile. Happy? So are they! Even more, they will react to other participants based on how theirs feels about the other. Anyone their participant loves, they will also love. Hope you don't secretly hate anyone, that might be awkward. |

But also then she processes what else is happening here, and hold up her hands sheepishly, shaking her head.
The turtledove on the top of her head coos in disdain at Ange moving it when it is so peacefully nesting.]
Oh, no, not me...! But somehow, I am not surprised you can use one as well as a bow, Miss Yona!
[You're so medieval.]

Do you want to learn?

Unless you want her to.]no subject
Anyway Ange... is still distracted by the dragon. It has... such sharp teeth.]

I'm sure it would not surprise you at all if I said that I do. Miss Yona, I knew that you were capable with a bow, but how are your sword skills?

[so!]
I haven't been able to practice much since we got here, though. My sword didn't come with me. Would you like to spar?
no subject
It seems we're making quite a habit of this, aren't we? [ xie lian laughs, as he steps up to the blacksmith's wall and takes a look at all the different kind of blades. this is paradise. ]
Is there a particular style of blade you like to use? I can match you.

We all tried to eat the last dessert at the same time. We're having a contest to decide who gets to eat it.

[

Your strikes were quite impressive, Yona.

I'm sort of out of practice - my sword didn't come with me, so the best I've been able to do is try to practice swings with a stick. It's not the same thing at all.
[...she offers the sword to him!]
Do you want to try?
no subject
[He will take it by the hilt, and the manner in which he wields it ...
A flick of his wrist, and he twirls it, and his eyebrows crawl up as it lands safely in his palm. Huh]
... So, what should I do first then, Yona?

Do you want to try? Maybe we can start with a shorter sword, since it'll be more similar to a knife...

I'd be glad to. Although, um, I haven't used these kinds of things of often before...
